Hi Allison! I found your blog from your intro on Nathan Bransford's Introduction Forum and wanted to say hi. I think we started blogging around the same time so it's great to meet a fellow newbie :)
ReplyDeleteAlso, just wanted to say that's AWESOME that you're at this stage of the process (beta reader, query and synopsis posted in the forums for feedback)! So exciting! Congrats! :)
BTW: is a beta reader someone who reads your draft for the first time and offers feedback? Like a critique partner? How did you find and select this person? I asked my husband to read my draft, which has lead to lots of "interesting conversations" (and that basically translates to arguments, and me firing him as a critique partner. Which is why, I suppose, it can be ill-advised to use your spouse instead of a random person. LOL). :D
